This template has a grunge wall for the background and neon lights and lines that snake over and through the text.

Do you feel like flying over the clouds? Then this is the template for you.
It's a nice Photoshop template, the lighting is interesting, the button with "Go Flying" is actually flying itself, you have text and icons examples which you may replace, you also have a content box ready made if you need it, all over the clouds and with a bright light source behind them.
That's about it, the more simple - the better, this is an easy one, but it sure looks great. I like it, what about you?

Hi, this is a template specially designed for gift givers. Are you afraid your gift is garbage you say? No problem. Use this box. Download, personalize, print-cut-fold.
Seriously now.
This template pack comes with its inside part too so you'd know where to cut and fold. The dotted lines show where to fold and the continuous lines indicate where to cut. That's about what you have to do after you print it. Oh, and of course... put a gift or something inside.
If you think your gift is junk, at least use a nice box to put it in. ;)

Spring Flowers Postcard, Poster, Flyer, Cover...etc.

Had enough winter? Here's a photoshop template for the postcard lovers all around. You may use this as a poster too or a flyer, cover, etc.., but it was mainly thought of as a postcard. That's why one side has the text up side down, in case you fold in half. Of course those are editable. Easy and free.
If you download you have little flower strings coming out of the glowing sun shape (really looks like the sun, doesn't it?), some text is glowing as well, light burst from the sun in the background.. all you have to do is replace and edit the text, maybe add some of your spring season stuff on it.
This kinda looks like Hawaiian...Aloha!

This Winter Is In 3D Mode

Here's a great template for you! The reflection, in my opinion, is just amazing, knowing that it's automatic: everything you write will take the reflection and the 3D perspective without you having to do anything else.

The background also is made to simulate a larger environment and you may change it's color easily matching you needs.

This template has three additional panels which can be used for a little bit of content, but they are really just an extra.

Winter Productivity - Don't Get Snowed In

We're slowly and inevitably feeling the holiday spirits coming up and we should make the most of it.
Productivity is, in a lot of cases, at its finest in the winter season and holidays. Simple is better! I'm pretty sure about this. I like the color choice in this template and the effects just make it deeper I guess.

Text On Fabric - Takes The Shape Of The Farbic Under It

First of all I have to tell you: This is one of my favorites! I love it.
Today I just wanted to try if I could make text to take the shape of the fabric beneath it and still be editable... And it somehow worked!
The design is pretty simple to make, but looks very complex in the end.
Try it yourself if you want. It's free.
You can play with the colors and the shapes to make it more of your likings. I also included in the package the piece of fabric (it's just like the red fabric in the background, only that it's desaturated, so black and white) I used to displace the text, just in case you need it to distort something else.

Newspaper Template 2.0 - Redesigning The News - Free Newspaper Template

Who wants a new free newspaper template? I have recently been asked by Cindy, a school teacher if there is a free newspaper template she can use to type up her class' articles to make their own newspaper.
I actually wanted to make one of these a while ago and a few days earlier, that Cindy asked, I made it one of my top priorities.
And here you have it: it's made of two components. Two Psd templates. One is the front page, first page or the cover (call it whatever you like), and the second is a template for the other pages.

Feel free to move the articles and items around. If not... just replace the text and the pictures and you're ready to print it.
Don't forget to copy the font I used for the title in your "C:\Windows\Fonts" folder first for it to work and load properly in Photoshop.
This template has the content defining lines for more readability and the titles are written in bold letters.

This is my second template of this type, the first was kind of a photo manipulation and not suitable for printing like this one is.

Shiver Blue Neon Header-Banner (Photoshop Psd Template)

I had an idea a while back and I thought I should produce it just in case someone likes and needs it. This is the Shiver Blue Neon Banner or Header. Click the attached image to preview a larger copy and analyze it. It's not one of my absolute favorites, but I couldn't say it doesn't look good... What I like about it is the liquid effect. Feel free to make any changes to it, to improve it and if you do that, maybe tell me if you used it for something.

It's about time I wrote a few things about me, so you could know who you're dealing with. First of all my name is Victor. I started this blog on 20.07.2007 and have received a visibly growing number of visitors during the period of activity -which is about three months now- and every week reaching a record level. (I'm tracking it!)

My goal is to give away some of my best work to visitors, which, I can be almost certain, can find a good use for it and also to those who need my help. I'm absolutely sure there are numerous people that are better and more skilled than I am (my sincere appreciations to them), but few of them ever share their work with others like I chose to do. (I provide "editable" templates)

What you find on this blog will be free -and there's no catch to this- absolutely free photoshop psd templates - flyers, posters, covers, brochures, pages, logos, cards, and other designs for you to use in whatever situation you can use them in.

I try to upload constantly, but I hope you understand that this isn't your regular blog where I just have to write something and throw in a title to it...

Chocolate Candy Photoshop Psd Template! Another great free template if you ask me. I'm already sure that this is going to be one of the favorites around here.
The heart shaped little chocolates we all know could sweeten your life a bit.
This Photoshop Psd Template is actually brilliant as an invitation, card, some cover if you like, a poster... etc... And of course you can personalize it after your own needs. With a little bit of editing from your side this could absolutely be a beautiful thing, depending on what you use it for.
Personally, I would use this as a personalized Valentine's Day Card, but there are plenty more other uses I can think about when I see this template.

This Photoshop Psd Template I believe is worth downloading and taking a look at (just in case you get thirsty of course...) I'm not bragging about it, but I'm proud to say that I've put some time into this and it's time well spent for sure.
I've made the label (text and logo) absolutely editable; and the reflection actually copies the real bottle's image precisely mirroring it. Also the lighting and shading is pretty good on this photoshop template.

I'm analyzing the development of this site almost everyday. Looking at the number of template downloads, since 08/10/2007 when i started using the file upload and hosting services, until 09/21/2007 , I've noticed that some seem to stand out in the crowd. So here they are in descending order:

5. The "Helping hand template" (number 68 in my archive) upload date:09/05/2007, downloaded: 110 times until now (this it's a constantly growing number);
4. "Product box(black one)" is the 58th template made, it's upload date: 08/13/2007, total downloads 'till today: 142;
3. "The Blue Box" - upload date: 08/14/2007, downloaded so far: 171 times; quite good...
2. "Magazine cover, flyer, poster, etc, template (green one)" - one of my favorites and uploaded in 08/27/2007 it's been downloaded 210 times. Great.
1. And the number 1 (one) until 10/21/2007 is the "template 59 - Newspaper template" (uploaded in 08/15/2007 and downloaded by visitors 398 times - and still rapidly growing).

Black and Gold Logo

Hello dear visitor.
Today I had an idea. I'm sure it's been done before, but you'll always get the non-editable version of this type of logo... like a picture. So I thought I'd make a template for you, which you can easily edit and enjoy. And again I'm continuing the logo series (although this is slightly a more complex logo).
Optionally, you have an outer gold frame for this logo if you think it's needed (I personally don't like the frame on it). All you have to do is replace the top and bottom text and throw in a picture for your logo...Remember not to make it to much: keep it simple! And it's yours for free!
I followed some strict rules of design to comply with the style that is mostly used these days: shiny (black - looks good to me but you can change it anytime), glossy, 3D text and image style.

This possibly could not be such a great artwork masterpiece (in someone's opinion), but it sure is a great idea to start with. I'm glad I thought of it. And there you have it. A magnifying glass that enhances and enlarges whatever you write in this photoshop psd template is always great to have around, you should download just in case you need it...

I haven't seen this type of thing made before (maybe someone beat me to it...); well, I've seen magnifying glasses used with Photoshop, but not that are this automated and self constructing, and I'm giving it to my visitors for free anyway.

New Site Layout? How About It?

I'm sure you have noticed the new site template I'm using. I don't know if it works well, so I'm just going to leave it a few days to see how it acts. Did you like the old one better? I think it was rather cluttered like a visitor said... and this one is less complicated. Well I'm going to decide on Monday if I leave this one on or not.
You can tell me your opinion, I won't mind, I'm actually glad if you do so.

Good day.
Recently I'm pushing forward with flyers, covers, posters, magazine pages, and such templates what people seem to be searching for mostly. And I tend to give them just that to satisfy their demand.

And today I give you one of those mentioned before, that has multiple uses, so multipurpose. It looks really modern (isn't that "out of the box" and innovative, but it will do just great). The colors fit for a car magazine or something inspiring pure power I guess. Personally, I like dark red with black and gray, the combination is appropriate and eye catching, and also fits for most occasions.

Here we go again. Nice day to write. You can use this as a logo, or a poster, cover, etc. It is really easy to modify, I wrote a note on how to do that inside. Read it after you download. You can say I've done all the relatively hard work for you, you just have to place the little things that matter most.

The black globe has a light flare over it, so it looks like the sun is behind it shining (kind of like an eclipse) and burning.

Fonts I Use

If you are one of the many loyal downloaders of this site, then you might have noticed that I work mainly with general-use fonts (Arial works best) in the creative process. You could say: this guy didn't hear about other types of font and he's boring for using the same old font.

But there is a good reason for that.

If I used a really cool looking and state-of-the-art font, and you wouldn't have the font installed in your windows fonts directory, when you would open the photoshop psd file it would ask if you want to update the font because the program can't find the one I used.. and if you say update, then it changes it to something it recognizes and it messes up the alignment or the already made shapes. (Sorry, that's Adobe Photoshop software..)

And that's why I rather not use one of the newer or better font types that there's out on the net. (I found some cool ones, I can say) So I picked the Arial font, which I know everyone initially has installed in windows or other OS, it will load properly when you open the file and if you want another one, you can simply change it with what you like and own.

And sometimes if I have to use a more exclusive font, then I always put it in the archive which you download as an extra along side the templates itself. All you have to do is copy that font style you receive in your windows - fonts directory (I'm not sure in other OS).

I have great sources for you. Some of the best fonts I got from them: urbanfonts and maybe ddfont and really more others. They have loads of font styles for you to choose from and try them out on this page's Photoshop templates.

After some observations, I discovered that a lot of the visitors come from London, and we set up a little surprise for them. That's alright, don't worry non-residents, there are enough surprises for everybody.

Help for Those Who Need It - About Smart Objects

What is this?

I recently received some emails asking for help regarding the transformation of ready made photoshop documents, so about the templates. Most of them have more detailed instructions inside.

I often use smart objects: I transform a regular layer into a smart object because of quality reasons and ease in further editing by my downloaders. So you might think that this is hard or complicated, but actually it's all made to help you and make the hole thing easier.

These smart objects can be edited in a simple way.

How to recognize a smart object?

Usually you can tell which layer is a smart object by it's characteristics.
It has a small square at the bottom right corner on the layer preview picture in the layers palette.
When you left click the layer that was transformed into a smart object and select the move tool on your tools palette and try to resize it for example, then it gets two crossed diagonal lines from corner to corner on it.
When you right click the smart object's title in the layers palette, you see the smart object menu that also contains edit contents which you need to click to edit that layer. And click that.

How to edit these smart objects?

Often enough I transform text layers into smart objects, to enhance the text effects, to automate some effects, or to achieve a certain design or shape that can only be done that way to make it editable too (you want to be able to change the text too after I make it, don't you?).

So after clicking edit contents on the smart object layer palette menu, if it's a text, and you want to write something else then select the type tool and with that cursor select the text layer on your canvas and replace it just like that.
Do the same way with pictures. Select the edit contents button, find a picture on your computer, drag it on your photoshop window(it opens a new window) and drag it again with the move tool to insert. Remember to save your smart object (which makes a temporary .psb file).

But does history repeat itself? Or people repeat history? Think about that...

Alright. So I've made a template under this question. It looks really historical and old colors, like burned up, particularly because of the shiny old revolver crossed guns and the declaration paper in the background on a wooden table. Makes you think about history a little, doesn't it? Or not. Just like Hegel said: the only thing we learned from history is that we learned nothing from it , and he's right. :)

What is the improved version of all text?? it's text with EFFECT.
This one is pixelated. Looks really cool, makes us proud, maybe it will make you proud too if you use it.
You can easily replace anything, the effects are automatic which means they adjust automatically to the changes, so if you change the text, the text effect will change too automatically and immediately. We've included some notes to lead you to easy editing inside the template psd document.

The Blue Box

I couldn't resist making another product presentation box.
This one is actually better than the previous, although it is fully editable and has all the elements of the last box template (no. 57), it's just better in a lot of visible ways (see for yourself - no. 58 - download here). You can replace anything, I've put those pictures and texts there for example..

I've seen these box like shapes used in advertising and publicity all around, why couldn't you use one that's already made? And for free also, easily modifiable to whatever you want? Sure!

Well, that's alright, I've made a couple of them for all of you that don't quite know how to, or just don't have the time to mess with this stuff.
Problem solved? Maybe. Hope so. Thank you visitors.

Let this incredible act of photographic manipulation, shear power amaze you one way or the other. Here is standing proof of what modern technology can do. Maybe you'd like to know how I've made this fairly large picture, maybe you just want to enjoy it.. either way, you can assume what my wallpaper will be for the next 5 days at least (I change them a lot.. )
I also like this black and white version too. Photoshop is absolutely a wonderfull tool, in my humble opinion. I can say that almost everything can be made with Adobe Photoshop if the person using it is skilled enough... I'm not the best, I admit, but I'm learning every day.

It looks more artistic, and is somewhat more expressive. Don't you think so? I bet you do..

New Site Design

We thought this new site design will improve the visitors browsing methods and has better colors and layout for a good navigation. We worked some time, but it will be well worth it. The header is maybe the cherry on the cake, it's original and it is the site's center most important image for us.

We Modified Template 49 - Graphite Gradients

This modified version is better than the previous one: greater visibility, cooler effects, lighter background, etc. It's something we had to do, mandatory.

We're not giving our visitors crappy templates!

The white stroke around the large text makes it more visible, but also it doesn't mess up the template's theme.

Take this new and improved template from this link. It's really better than the one before it.

I'll tell you this much reader.. it's made from scratch (maybe except the bow, which ended up to be too hard and I applied a picture instead). Graphite Gradients

This is some kind of vista style gradient template. You might want to change some colors to which you like or to gain more visibility (or change the background to something lighter in this case). Maybe you'd like to use the vista colored bar for something else, possibly buttons or menu bars. Just remember to write with white text on it. Of course we included the additional font used in this template. It's in use all over right now (Alba Font).

New logo for our site header

We have a new logo on our site header. You might recognize this from the template with no. 44.
Looks great on a different text color and background, doesn't it? It was just a 5 min job.. so easy to modify, simply with replacing the text and changing the color of the gradient to gray and white. Maybe even less than 5 minutes!

Over our site's existence we noticed some variations in the number of downloads and also we observed the most user preferred templates. So some of the best among our shared templates may be more approached in future items.

The template has a sport theme, mainly golf (but that ball can be replaced! -just remember shading is really important-:P ), the text is platinum like (or silver) color, reflection added of course and whatever is written on there can be edited with 2-3 clicks.

How to unpack a downloaded template?

This is really easy:

Pick a template from gtemplates.org;
Select the download link and save it on your computer;
After this you have an archive (.ace or .rar file) which you have to unpack using a specialized software (like Winace or Winrar) because it is compressed/archived;
Unpacking gives you 3 main files:

1 main .psd template you can edit in Photoshop;
1 template preview which you can see with your image viewer;
and maybe helpful text font or files/tools might be included if I consider it's needed.
etc.

Using the template is itself simple again. You can open the .psd file with Adobe Photoshop and follow the instructions inside, or if there aren't any instructions then select the text with the type tool and replace it with what you want. Make sure you selected the layer you want to edit from the layers panel on the right. [More Help Here...]

So GTemplates is a site where you can find free Photoshop Templates
(definition: a template is a ready made document or file having a preset format, used as a starting point for a particular application so that the format does not have to be recreated each time it is used) or other Templates for yourself to edit as simple as replacing some text or changing a few colors.
AND IT'S ALL FREE!
You might even pick up usefull tricks on the way.

We have templates for different tastes (serious, artistic, abstract, funny, cool, different themes, etc.) so you can choose just the one you like.
