I had an idea a while back and I thought I should produce it just in case someone likes and needs it. This is the Shiver Blue Neon Banner or Header. Click the attached image to preview a larger copy and analyze it. It's not one of my absolute favorites, but I couldn't say it doesn't look good... What I like about it is the liquid effect. Feel free to make any changes to it, to improve it and if you do that, maybe tell me if you used it for something.

We certainly know from net surfing experience that many websites, and not necessarily, need a header or a banner with the owner's name on it. Without that it's not complete (and it looks lame).
