Simple is better! I'm pretty sure about this. I like the color choice in this template and the effects just make it deeper I guess.
And that might be a bear paw, which you can replace with any other object and copy the layer style that's applied to the hole template.

After some observations, I discovered that a lot of the visitors come from London, and we set up a little surprise for them. That's alright, don't worry non-residents, there are enough surprises for everybody.

This bus has editable ads on it's side. You can attach pictures from your computer on it, or 3D text (you just have to replace or add). It looks like they are made for showing ads around the city. I don't live in that city myself, but I love these transportation things. And I gave you free tickets earlier...
